Back to "Normal"

We have had a crazy last 3 weeks (but very fun!) Hopefully I will get my act together soon and get the blog all caught up! First, Mike spent a week at a conference in Boston and Auntie Em came to visit. Then Owen, Auntie Em, and I flew to Kansas City for a few days (which was quite an adventure.) We met Mike in Omaha for a wedding and a weekend with the Walsh family. Then we spent a week in Ft. Lauderdale with our good friends from college. We got home the night before Halloween, just in time for parties and trick-or-treating. I worked Friday and Saturday last weekend. My Mom flew in to Chicago on Sunday to watch Owen so I could attend a breastfeeding conference. This thing was from 8-5:30, Monday through Friday and from 8-1 today, wrapping up with a big, comprehensive test. It was also about an hour away from our house. It was great, but a little intense! I have to work at 11 tonight, and then, I think, life will be back to normal. (At least for a couple of weeks...)
